Job Requirements:
Salary: Will be in line with the market based on experience, besides sales based incentives.
Working Hours: 0930 hours to 1800 hours with 30 minutes lunch break. Considering the nature of the job Saturday and Sunday will be working days and week off on Tuesdays.
Job Description: An ideal candidate should be a go-getter with good knowledge of real estate products and its processes. A Fresher will be provided adequate training to understand the nuances of real estate products. The executive should call the leads generated, interact with them and arrange for their site visits. Should follow up with defaulter clients and ensure they turn up for site visits. Strong inter-personal and communication skills, aptitude for customer relation, ability to work in a team will add to the strength of the executive while performing in the assigned role.
Client Focused Management: Arranging for site visits of customers & enhancing the number of site visits every month. Follow up reports, finalization report of prospective clients and references.
